Started a second round of P90x. I may just be trying to hang on to something familiar amid a month of hard, abrupt changes. I didn't go to crossfit at all this week, and had started feeling like the gains I'd made over the last three months doing p90x would deteriorate if I was relying on getting to crossfit. I got those vibram fivefingers yesterday morning. I had to relearn where my feet needed to land on my bike pedals lol.
